Suites, Townhouses, and Penthouses |

Our spacious suites are complete with
full-service housekeeping. An elevated area is
present in all of
our regular suites, so our
guests can sleep comfortably off of the floor. We
provide bedding to all of our guests, or we will
happily use any bedding that is brought in from
home.

Our penthouses feature a toddler bed with fresh
linens. A lovely view of the pond. Our
Townhouses also feature a toddler bed with fresh
linens and are larger of an area so as to
accommodate our bigger guests or multiple guests
staying together.

Multiple guests can stay in a single suite if
the size is appropriate.

Available
Guest Services |

We monitor your dog's behavior, appetite and
general well-being while they stay with us at
our pet resort. If there are any health issues
that may arise while your pet is our guest, we
will consult with one of our on-site
veterinarians at the adjacent
Erlanger
Veterinary Hospital.

Our available menu consists of Eukanuba Low Residue, which
is a high quality diet and minimizes stomach
irritation that can occur when diets are
abruptly changed. We will also gladly serve any
food that you feed at home and bring with you to
our resort at no additional fee.

We will carefully administer any medication free
of charge. Injections can be given to our guests for an additonal fee. Please call for more details.

Each guest is taken outside three times a day for
restroom breaks and exercise in our fenced-in,
outdoor area.

While your pet is staying with us, consider a
trip to our Doggy Day Care. Our guest can stay
in his/her suite at night, and then enjoy a romp
with some friends during the day.

Our guests can also visit our Day Spa during
their stay with us at our Pet Resort. The
pampering can consists of bathing, pedicures, or
full grooming services. Please visit our

on the services that we provide.

Important Details for our Guests |

For the safety and health of all of our guests
and resort staff, proof of vaccination is
required for all of our guests. Our guests are
required to have an updated Rabies, DHLPP-C (Must include Leptospirosis),
and Bordetella vaccine every 6 months.

All of our guests should be flea-free; if fleas
are observed upon your pet’s arrival at our
resort, we will immediately administer a flea
treatment so as to protect our other guests.

It is generally best for our guests that have
sutures, casts, bandages, or are required to
wear an Elizabethan collar, that they stay in a more
appropriate accommodation, such as a hospital
setting. We cannot accept any guest that is
pregnant or in heat.

If your pet requires medical attention during
his or her stay, we will consult with one of our
on-site veterinarians and inform you of your
pet’s medical condition.

Day Care |
|
Social interaction is
one of the greatest gifts we can give to our
companions. While you are away let
them come and play!
Our park-like setting, with the natural light offering a view from one of our many picture windows, is the perfect place for your pet to make
new friends.
The day will begin with supervised play in our
secure indoor facility. Our Day Camp Counselors watch over the play room while your pets jump,
bounce, and run.
Your pet will be specially matched up by size and/or
personality
Our low impact, skid proof flooring is designed for
pets of all ages and is especially easy on joints
allowing even your older companions to join in on the fun.
Nap time is also on the agenda for all dogs. A
little rest and your pet will be ready to play even
harder.
At the end of the day, your dog will look forward to
yournext day at work!!
For the safety of all of our Day Care guests, all
dogs are screened for temperament and vaccinations
before entering day care. This process is essential
to ensure everyone has a great time.

pet in dog obedience classes.

Puppy classes are open to puppies from 10 weeks to
24 weeks of age. Topics covered include: good
manners
and basic obedience. Puppy classes aid in bonding
and socializing and will lay the ground
work for the
next level. Your puppy will learn to sit, stay, come,
down, and much more!!
Obedience classes are also available for puppies and
dogs that are 20 weeks or older. This class
will
lay the ground work for everything from advanced
obedience to agility trials. Your pet will learn
sit, stay, down, heal, come, various combinations,
and much more!!
Agility classes are also available for our more advanced canine students.
